This partnership allows us to bring the very latest in personal mobility innovation to our community of clinicians, retailers and users. We work closely with WHILL to ensure that our customers receive outstanding support, training and access to global product developments.

Whether someone is navigating crowded spaces, travelling with ease, or exploring the outdoors, WHILL power chairs are designed to enhance everyday freedom. Our shared mission with WHILL is to make mobility stylish, easy and accessible.

About WHILL

WHILL was founded in 2012 by a group of engineers and designers from Nissan, Sony and Olympus who believed that mobility devices could be beautiful, functional and empowering. They were inspired by a friend who had stopped going out because he didn’t like how his mobility scooter made him feel. WHILL’s mission from the very start was to change the perception of mobility aids.

Today, WHILL has offices in Japan, the United States and the Netherlands, and their products are used by people in over 20 countries. The brand has won numerous international design awards and continues to lead innovation in the personal mobility space.

Innovation, Design and Accessibility

WHILL’s core values are freedom, confidence and inclusion. Their designs are sleek and modern, often compared to luxury consumer electronics or futuristic vehicles. But WHILL doesn’t just look good, every feature is thoughtfully designed to improve the user experience.

From intuitive controls and tight turning circles to the ability to disassemble for transport, WHILL chairs are made for real life. The focus on accessibility is clear – and it’s a perfect match with Allied Medical’s commitment to helping people live with more confidence and less hassle.
