Our New In Person Assessor Product Training provides assessors and clinicians with access to product specific education as needed. This training option is designed to support accurate assessments, informed recommendations, and confident use of our range of products.

By completing the form, you can indicate which product you would like more training on and who the education is intended for. Once submitted, Kelly or Christopher - our Auckland Technical Product Specialists will contact you to coordinate a suitable time for a dedicated training session at our Livewell Store located in Albany, Auckland.

This training model allows education to be delivered efficiently and at the point of need, without relying on scheduled events, making it easier to access relevant product knowledge when it matters most.

This new module follows on from the earlier Alternative Drive Controls Module 1 and Module 2. This module includes how to set up foot and chin control options to allow clients another way to drive when other options are no longer suitable.

The session will include time for Q & A and we will send you a complete pdf of the module after the session.

Off-road power wheelchairs are transforming mobility, enabling users to access terrains once thought impossible. But who can truly benefit from this technology? This session will explore both the clinical and mechanical considerations for individuals considering off-road wheelchairs. We’ll dive into the functional requirements for the user, customisable seating options for comfort and postural support, skills for tackling off-road terrain, as well as the durability, safety, and functional features that enhance outdoor independence. 

By the end, attendees will have an understanding of how off-road power wheelchairs expand mobility and empower users in challenging environments. Presented by Andrew Lopez, Quantum Product Specialist & Clinical Educator.

This module provides valuable understanding of diagnosing and addressing common and fundamental problems associated with powerchairs. Its central focus lies on power-related errors and tilt sensing capabilities found in VR2 and Q-logic electronics.

In this module we will be covering a breakdown of the parts that are in the growth kit, and the process to go through to grow the chair. Also covered will be things to check when the growth is completed and the benefits of checking these after doing any adjustments on a chair. The team at Ki Mobility have put together some video’s especially for this presentation.
